Starting as a leading rubber company in 1911, we ventured into landed property development in the 1950s. Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited (BSEL) was officially established in Singapore in 1967 and is now listed on the Singapore Exchange. Our focus has since evolved to encompass property development, investment, and related activities.
